Return & Refund Policy

At RS Food Processing, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality products. However, due to the nature of food items, returns are limited and subject to the terms below:

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • The product is expired or unfit for consumption upon delivery.

Note: Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  • Email us at rsfoodindia@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images of the product and packaging
    • Description of the issue
  • Our support team will review the case within 1–2 business days.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund via the original payment method. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or provider.

4. Replacements

In certain cases, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund. This will be decided based on product availability and your preference.

5. Non-returnable Items

Due to food safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or storage

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, the order may already be in processing and cancellation may not be possible.

7. Bulk Orders

For bulk or wholesale orders, separate terms may apply. Please reach out to us directly for clarification before placing a bulk order.
